It is a pleasure to work with Angie. I have sold 3 houses and purchased 4 houses, 2 of them are or will be investment properties. She has great attention to detail, and makes the selling/purchasing transaction seamless. She is awesome and easy to work with. Angie’s great wealth of knowledge helped me make sound decisions. I was able to sell at top dollar on all three homes and buy at below asking price on all purchases. She also has an investor mindset, which has allowed me to make the best decision based on my investment strategy. Angie has over 20 years experience, so her knowledge on various market conditions has allowed her to help me make the best decision for the longterm gain, as I am a buy and hold investor. I was able to buy at below asking price on all four homes that I purchased. Just when I thought I got everything out of the seller, Angie was able to get me additional incentives from the seller. I sold each home for more than I thought I could get. I’m a guy that sells for more than I think that I can get; however, Angie’s knowledge on the market helped me sell for even more leaving me with more money in my pocket. I have referred her to co-workers and family, and I’m confident in saying that all parties share the same extraordinary experience that I had. I will always use Angie as my realtor. You will be doing a disservice to yourself if you didn’t give her an opportunity to work for you.
