David is one of the most kind, upbeat, uplifting and positive Real Estate agents I know. Dave and I share locker space at a local Lifetime Fitness gym…I thankfully Ran into him after my morning work out and asked him what he thought about the current Real Estate Market and it’s Trends. He said all the above - mind you now, I put Dave in the position of Johnny on the Spot, (Front and Center) with all the locker room guys front, Center and first hand witnesses - Dave didn’t skip a beat - he was calm, Confident and assured me he’d sell my home for more-Well, as God as my witness Mr. Dutze got us between $ 75,000 and $ 100,000 more on the Sale of our Home than we expected… He helped us understand many, complex sales transaction details (Title - Surveys and Deed restrictions, Lending, Underwriting, appraisals, Home Inspections, etc) On a final note (for me and my husband) this is the most important fact - His Character - Dave’s integrity, honesty and his high morals, are self evident before, during and after the transaction.
