I bought my house throught Wiliam and I only gave one offer and the only offer got selected out of the 4 offers. Befor my offer, the seller already have 3 offers and I am the last one gave offer to them. Out price is not the highest and we won the offer throught other terms. William helped communicate with seller agent and analysised the seller's need and came up with an offer with sepecific term, allow seller to continur live for another two weeks after close, and offer higher downpament which make the seller feels we are seriouse buyer and we won't have issues with mortgate. After the closing, I talked with the seller, and the seller told me my offer price is not outstanding at all, but other terms in the offer make them feel save and confident.
