Helped me find a renter

My rental property is located on a street that has many other available rentals. Carolina helped me find a renter in a timely manner, while still being discerning about the quality of the tenant applciation we accepted. I still look every morning to see what's available for rent on the street- and there's one similar property that's been up for rent for over one hundred days. It makes me feel so lucky that I found someone that could help me find a tenant, but not take months and months to do so!
