Sylvia proved to be a very dependable and hardworking agent during the sale of our rental home. Selling the house at that time would have been a difficult feat without her help, because I lost my husband just as it was put on the market. She went above and beyond expectations and kept me apprised of the status of showings and offers made by potential buyers. She was also a shrewd negotiator with potential buyers and made sure that I received a fair market price. Most of all, I considered her to be very trustworthy, and I appreciated the encouragement she offered.
