My wife and I wanted to write this review to share with others how everything worked out so well selling our Plano house with Angela Bao, our real estate listing agent. We were not planning to sell our house, but after accepting a job offer we decided to put our house on market. Angela helped us with the market pricing, identifying the necessary repairs to make, advise on how to best present the house, taking quality pictures for the MLS listing, conducting back to back open houses once the property was listed, negotiating the sale with the multiple offers, and attending the closing. With Angela’s help we were able to close in less than a month from our listing date, and at a price my wife and I were both happy with. This quick sale worked out perfectly with the relocation as we were able to sell the house then move. Angela’s advice, support and regular communications made the whole process go very smoothly. We’ve worked with other brokers in the past to buy and sell, and without a doubt Angela is one of the best. My wife and I highly recommend Angela Bao!
