I would like to start by saying that it is my pleasure to give my opinion on Miss Campos’s performance. I have never experienced such level of professionalism and attention to detail as I have had with this process. We faced multiple issues on the way that would complicate the process , Miss Campos always acted in a timely and accurate manner to resolve the problem with us to keep us moving forward. If I had any questions or concerns she would get back to me even sometimes after her regular office hours. She really understands that selling or buying a house is no small matter and accommodations by herself was second to none. I can’t say enough about how pleased and grateful we were to work with her , the years of experience really did show through her work every step of the way. I wish every title company had a Norma , it would be a pleasure to work with her again .

2020 brought us many challenges. First, my mother passing away in April just as the entire country was being shutdown by the Covid-19 pandemic. Then we had to navigate through the probate process with emails and hearings via zoom. We could not have asked for a better partner in this journey than Patches. She helped us weather the storms (February freeze) with sound guidance and, most importantly, a positive approach. Thank you Patches!
