This is our second time working with Laura-this time in the selling of our home. In a buyer's market, we knew we had our work cut out for us. Laura gave us her professional opinion on certain items to take care of before going on the market (buyers are picky!!) We checked off everything she suggested, we priced the home according to the CURRENT market, and we were under contract in about 3 weeks.
