Gary is very knowledgeable about the sales market and does the right research to understand where to price a home based on local market conditions. My mom & dad were the original owners of the property and lived there for 60 years until they both had passed. Gary came out to inspect the overall condition of the home, made the appropriate suggestions on what to enhance and/or improve to pass current inspection laws, and helped coordinate appraisal, inspection, and survey efforts. In addition, Gary coordinated a number of showings to drive buyer interest in the property. Gary negotiated in good faith with potential buyers and made good suggestions on how to market the home "as is" to minimize repairs or upgrade costs of a 60-year-old home that only had one owner. I would highly recommend Gary for anyone considering a listing agent for the property sale!

Susan helped me sell our family house and made this the easiest process ever. She told us what we could/should do and what we didn’t need to do. Max spoke my language and is a dear friend to us. I thank God for his wisdom on the housing market because I am dumb as dirt on many issues. When I would get exasperated and want to drop the price of the house, he would calmly point out the pros and cons of that but always did what I asked unlike the last realtor that we had that kept insisting we go under market value on our house! He is kind to everyone and never tried to force his will on others. A wonderful negotiater both ways. And he can get pretty close to how much everything would cost at closing! Very important for our situation. I highly recommend this realtor to anyone either buying or selling property!
