Gary came out to inspect the overall condition of the home, made the appropriate suggestions on what to enhance and/or improve to pass current inspection laws, and helped coordinate appraisal, inspection, and survey efforts. In addition, Gary coordinated a number of showings to drive buyer interest in the property. Gary negotiated in good faith with potential buyers and made good suggestions on how to market the home "as is" to minimize repairs or upgrade costs of a 60-year-old home that only had one owner.
