Gary is very knowledgeable about the sales market and does the right research to understand where to price a home based on local market conditions. My mom & dad were the original owners of the property and lived there for 60 years until they both had passed. Gary came out to inspect the overall condition of the home, made the appropriate suggestions on what to enhance and/or improve to pass current inspection laws, and helped coordinate appraisal, inspection, and survey efforts. In addition, Gary coordinated a number of showings to drive buyer interest in the property. Gary negotiated in good faith with potential buyers and made good suggestions on how to market the home "as is" to minimize repairs or upgrade costs of a 60-year-old home that only had one owner.
