Gary came out to inspect the overall condition of the home, made the appropriate suggestions on what to enhance and/or improve to pass current inspection laws, and helped coordinate appraisal, inspection, and survey efforts. In addition, Gary coordinated a number of showings to drive buyer interest in the property.
