So the real estate market is not great right now and houses aren't selling merely because they are listed on MLS. You need an agent that knows digital marketing and how to actively market a property. After being on the market for 100 days with a well known realtor in the DFW area going absolutely no where, we realized she was so old school, she hadn't a clue how to use today's latest technology to sell a house. We fortunately were able to get out of that contract and found Talyn. She sprung into action and went from showing to close in 30 days without even being on MLS with a buyer that paid 100% of our asking price. That's not a fluke, that's solid performance.
