So the real estate market is not great right now and houses aren't selling merely because they are listed on MLS. You need an agent that knows digital marketing and how to actively market a property. After being on the market for 100 days with a well known realtor in the DFW area going absolutely no where, we realized she was so old school, she hadn't a clue how to use today's latest technology to sell a house. We fortunately were able to get out of that contract and found Talyn.
