I lived out of the country but had a home in Lewisville that I was renting out. I came back to Texas and needed to sell my home and find a bigger place but knew NO ONE at all in the real estate industry. I got on Zillow and I was SO LUCKY to find John! He was quick to respond, he was super knowledgeable and he met me the later that day. When he showed up, he had already done the homework of knowing the neighborhood and what to expect on a price and time of sale. He was spot on! He held my hand all the way through the process and made buying and selling a home seem like a piece of cake. I would certainly recommend him and will definitely use him again with any future real estate needs. 10/10

So the real estate market is not great right now and houses aren't selling merely because they are listed on MLS. You need an agent that knows digital marketing and how to actively market a property. After being on the market for 100 days with a well known realtor in the DFW area going absolutely no where, we realized she was so old school, she hadn't a clue how to use today's latest technology to sell a house. We fortunately were able to get out of that contract and found Talyn. She sprung into action and went from showing to close in 30 days without even being on MLS with a buyer that paid 100% of our asking price. That's not a fluke, that's solid performance. (One of the reason we signed with Talyn is she had sold a home very similar to ours in only 1 day on market.) Don't get swayed by realtors who used to be good at selling houses in the old days when properties were getting multiple offers here in DFW. You need someone that knows how to sell when the selling is tough; Talyn and her team will get it done for you. She has a can-do attitude and a lot of "fire in the belly" that I appreciate, and we found her to be very gracious as well. So good human, great agent = win/win.
