She has been working as my real estate agent multiple times and for every single selling or purchasing process, she treats the situation like she sells/purchases her own house. Grace has great communication skills, negotiation skills and problem solving skills. She is very calm no matter how complicated situations she would encounter. She would make the best interest for you without jeopardize the deal. I was so impressed with her level of knowledge and information/data she has about the market. She must watch out, observe and do research on the market every single day. She loves her job as real estate professional and truly has passion on it. For the recent selling transaction, Grace did an excellent job to analyze the local market, place the right sales price, find qualified buyer, negotiate the final price with buyer’s agent. She even went above and beyond to check with buyer’s Lender to verify buyer’s financial capability to purchase the house to avoid the house to be back to the market later on. Her responsiveness is incredible and she kept me informed on a daily base. She understood my concern, listened to me, for every decision I made, small or big, mattered to her. Once we got into escrow process, she was diligent in making sure everything was in place. She helped me with every stage of the selling process, some of them were not even her responsibilities at all! The amount of effort and time that Grace put into this selling process is unbelievable. Her attention to details and level of dedication to her client is truly outstanding. I am extremely blessed to have had Grace as my realtor and I am very satisfied with her excellent services!
