We asked her to evaluate our home and make recommendations on how to improve it prior to the sale and she was 100 percent correct on the small changes we needed to make to increase the value of our home. The sale of our home went very smoothly with Maggie at our side. We also bought a home with Maggie and that process was very smooth as well. If any issue came up, we could count on her to resolve it calmly and quickly. She is very professional, kind and a joy to work with. Buyers and sellers spend a lot of time on the phone and in person with their realtor. Therefore, it is very important to choose a realtor carefully. I highly recommend Maggie Love if you are buying or selling a home.
