Tammi responded immediately when we contacted her about selling our waterfront lot on Richland Chambers Reservoir. She prepared competitive prices quickly and she met us at the property to gather pertinent information. Her write-up of the property was designed to draw buyer’s attention and she hit all the highlights. She also had professional aerial pictures taken by drone. Our ad was posted quickly and we had a buyer and a viable offer in less than a week, along with a back-up offer. We were very pleased with the results. Tammi is friendly and fun, but takes her job seriously and we highly recommend her!
