Cassie displayed a strong knowledge of the current market. She is a responsive and thorough communicator. Our experience is that Cassie remained professional even when the buyer’s representative did not. I appreciate how she remained calm in difficult circumstances.

There are not enough stars or superlatives to fully communicate Lisa's exceedingly superior professionalism, efficiency, intuition, and hard work! She carefully curated the properties to view according to our exacting specifications. She was up for a challenge and never showed any exasperation with our demands! She knew the neighborhoods well. She made herself immediately available for viewings and always communicated quickly in follow-up. We are confident that her communications with other agents and inspectors were equally efficient. She gently guided us back to other good homes when our first choice failed the exacting inspection with well-hidden defects. This was important for quickly nabbing our next choice in a fast-moving market. She knows the market, she wastes no time, and went above and beyond to get us the home we wanted and needed. I believe she truly cares about her clients' welfare and happiness. From our first trip to view properties to possession was exactly three weeks. We were cash buyers, so that obviously helped. But time was of the essence for us and Lisa knew that, working well with our limited visit from out of town. On top of all that, she could not be more pleasant. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their side in finding a prospect and negotiating a contract. Lisa is a gem!
