We recently used Carter to sell our Memorial home. We chose Carter because we had a very good experience with him when we bought the home 5 years earlier. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and a very good communicator. He was always prompt responding to our calls, texts and emails. He sold our house during a difficult time period in the Covid 19 pandemic. He constantly adapted and tried new ways to market and get the word out in this ever changing environment. The house sold a little bit below our expectations but that was due to a difficult market situation with the pandemic and uncertain economy. The only negative aspect of the process was some of the house photos were distorted by the wide angle lens and needed correction. The doorways looked too wide and ceilings looked too low compared to reality. He said he would review this issue with the photographer. I would highly recommend Carter and his team and I will use him for our future real estate dealings in the future.
