We were recommended by friends who were purchasing a home with her while out of town and they couldn’t speak more highly about the way she cared for them, found them what they needed, and actually negotiated a great price for their home in a really competitive area. With us, it was no different. We had a small timeline and didn’t really know exactly what we wanted. But she was patient, detailed, and really responsive. From great CMAs on the homes we saw, her wisdom on the market, and seeing all that she would do beforehand in preparation for seeing a home etc…we felt cared for all the way. One thing that really impressed us too was the great reputation she’s carved for herself in the city. Every other realtor spoke highly of her and she got us connected to great professionals who helped us with quotes, estimates, recommendations, etc. that helped us make a solid decision as we were in the process. On top of that, Rachel even went out of her way to help us get settled in our new home. We genuinely felt important and valued every step of the way. Now it feels like our friends’ great recommendation still fell short of describing how great she is at what she does.
