I worked with Peter to sell my first home, and am overall very pleased with the experience. I let Peter know that I wanted to learn each step of the process since I didn't have that experience in buying my first home, and Peter took the time to meet with me prior to listing and providing me with a lot of information about area comps, costs associated with home sales, and timelines. Throughout the experience, Peter would call me with updates as each step progressed and was willing to walk me through each step if I requested it. Peter worked hard to close the deal when numbers didn't add up as and even found me a contractor to complete buyer-requested repairs - he facilitated the whole thing which made my life easy. Peter is quiet, but thoughtful, and even though he may not be the loudest voice in the room, you can tell he is methodical in his approach and thoughtful with the important stuff.
