I worked with Peter to sell my first home, and am overall very pleased with the experience. I let Peter know that I wanted to learn each step of the process since I didn't have that experience in buying my first home, and Peter took the time to meet with me prior to listing and providing me with a lot of information about area comps, costs associated with home sales, and timelines. Peter worked hard to close the deal when numbers didn't add up as and even found me a contractor to complete buyer-requested repairs - he facilitated the whole thing which made my life easy.
