Made excellent recommendations and even kept me from making some serious mistakes. We appreciated her transparency and attention to detail. I like how when I showed interest in a home Cherie would contact the sellers agent and gather the seller’s documents for my review. Plus, it must be tough to be a rural agent with properties so far apart, so Cherie’s patience with driving to a showing was a blessing. She is a hard worker and maintained excellent communication. I wish we could buy a property monthly with Cherie and look forward to referring new clients to her. I hope we have made a forever friend with Cherie.
