Simply the best!

As a long distance client and the struggles of locating our forever home while out of state; we needed a local expert. Cherie was amazing from day one. She listened to our needs and desires. Made excellent recommendations and even kept me from making some serious mistakes. We appreciated her transparency and attention to detail. I like how when I showed interest in a home Cherie would contact the sellers agent and gather the seller’s documents for my review. Plus, it must be tough to be a rural agent with properties so far apart, so Cherie’s patience with driving to a showing was a blessing. She is a hard worker and maintained excellent communication. I wish we could buy a property monthly with Cherie and look forward to referring new clients to her. I hope we have made a forever friend with Cherie.
