I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of the area and market. I should have followed some of her advice early in the search. If I would have heeded her advice, I would have had a home within 3 days of searching, instead of slogging through until December and moving through the holidays. She matched our desires to a home numerous times until I decided to "pull the trigger". Please keep in mind, I was looking in a very limited area by choice.
