We had seen a listing with Krista earlier in the day and were on our way home when we stumbled upon what would become our new home. Lacy has been amazing from day one.. So this was my first time buying some land so I had no idea what I was getting into.. But when I came in contact with Lacy and the communication we had about the property ansld area was amazing.. So I travel for work so I was not able to met Lacy physically but the phone calls/text back and forth was top notch.. If I had question late night she would always respond with a call or text.. So I wanted to go in with a cash offer but the seller didn't except.. so we did a owner finance for the rest of the portion.. Originally it was going to be $250 a month and I agreed.. BUT a day later she came back to me and said she was able to get $100 off the payment each month and I was amazed.. I never asked her to do that but she went above and beyond for me.. When anybody is looking to sell/purchase anything give Lacy a call.. I'll definitely be using her again for my next buy..
