She listened, also, to what we wanted, which is an entirely different skill. Prompt responses to our questions, and was always willing to help us. We had to transact the sale from out-of-state, and when problems were encountered, she went well beyond what are ordinary realtor responsibilities to assist us. On a personal note, she is kind and funny too. I highly recommend her.
