Knows the market, and how to get best from your home

Missy knows her stuff. She correctly pointed out what we could do to improve both the value of the house, and the chances for the quick sale we hoped for (and achieved). She listened, also, to what we wanted, which is an entirely different skill. Prompt responses to our questions, and was always willing to help us. We had to transact the sale from out-of-state, and when problems were encountered, she went well beyond what are ordinary realtor responsibilities to assist us. On a personal note, she is kind and funny too. I highly recommend her.
