Johanna is the most skilled realtor that I've encountered over several states and over a dozen transactions (buying/selling 4 houses, renting). She sets the standard for professionalism and is genuinely friendly as we enjoy maintaining contact long after our last real estate transaction. She understands the market and has our best interest at heart; I know this because she is willing to keep a house at a high asking price if I choose - which means more time on market and more work for her - yet is also bluntly honest in teaching us about the market and the likelihood of selling at other price points compared to the competition.
