We first met Melissa back in July when we started looking at buying a house. She was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. When things didn't go as we had hoped initially, we told her we would reach out to her because of the way she treated us and our family throughout the initial experience. By November, we'd reached back out to her after receiving our preapproval and she was ready to work on finding us our dream home. As first time buyers, the process is naturally stressful, but she reassured us and kept us informed every step of the way. She accommodated our crazy schedule, often working around our kids' school schedule as a result. Even after the purchase was complete, she checked in on us to see how we were doing. She care about the people she works to find homes for, which makes it feel like less of a sale and more of a friend. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home
