Very professional, courteous, and ready to help. Juan was always there to answer questions and updates regarding our home; any and all requests or details needing discussion with builder and such, were promptly addressed by him without a problem. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would work with Juan again.

Excellent customer service, very patient and knowledgeable, worked in the past with other agents but were not very helpful like Mr. Esquivel. Juan was truly exceptional. He will work with you to make your desires a reality. He was very well versed and when there were disagreements about a certain verbiage in the documents, Juan was patient and worked through any tough situations.
