Working with Thela Briffa was a great experience. She sold my house on the first open house. We had 3 offers ad it sold above asking price. It was actually fun as she used AI to stage my house and saved me a lot of money. She had contractors and specialist to fix things after the inspection. I didn't have to go looking for someone to fix the problems. Very reliable people also. I followed all her recommendations which were reasonable. Thelma is courteous, answers texts and calls promptly. I highly recommend Thelma Briffa for selling or buying your next home. For me, there is no other. Thank you Thelma!

When I started to look for my home, I was worried since I am out of state and zero knowledge of El Paso real estate. Thelma patiently listened to my wants and needs for my future home. She showed me homes that fits my lifestyle and locations I prefer. She's very helpful and professional in every aspect and also follow through the process from the beginning till closing my home. I much appreciate her inputs to help the purchasing process quicker and easy to understand. She is also currently helping my son look for his first home to purchase, too. I can't thank her enough, I love my new house.

Thelma was super helpful and patient, made the experience an overall positive one.
