My situation was full of extenuating issues that made what originally was we can take our time and sell at the best price to selling as soon as possible after my spouse passed away unexpectedly after the property had been listed. With that said she, navigated what needed to be done to help get the process moving even though I didn't really know or understand what was going on with a very difficult buyers agent. As a first time home buyer I felt like I was a bit lost at first especially in the crazy market that is Midland/Odessa. I was extremely nervous that I would miss out on opportunities for a house due to the speed houses were being bought and sold, but he was on top of the game with letting me know of listings that fit my checklist. When I initially decided on a house, he got inspections scheduled fast and it helped decided that a particular house was not for me!
