I just closed on the sale of a home in Lubbock, TX. Candace O'Dell-Wood, with the Stacey Rogers Real Estate Group, helped me with this sale. I interviewed 3 Lubbock agents in late December regarding the sale of a family member's home. I can not tell you how great my experience was with a Top Realtor in Lubbock, Texas. She is very knowledgable and has a lot of experience. She 100% knows the market and knows how to market her listings. She had a game plan and followed through. I loved her communication and feedback. She handled everything and made is such a smooth transaction and process. She 100% goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of, the transaction is taken care of, on time, deadlines are met and she is one hell of a negotiator. She's tough but makes sure sellers and buyers are held to standards agreed upon in the contract.
