Larry is the best. He’s a no nonsense straight to the point realtor that reduces time to close and facilitates every step of the process with the buyers intentions in mind.

We highly recommend Kelby, we really haven’t had to have a realtor bc we have always built. So needless to say we really don’t know much about the process. Kelby walked us through everything with patience and so much knowledge on how the buying process worked. Step by step he guided us and made me and my wife very comfortable and confident in our decisions. Made our experience great, easy, and painless. Super happy with all his work to get what our needs were when it came to the final decision.

When my fiancée and I decided to buy a house in Lubbock, we were on a tight timeline and needed to find the right home quickly. We spent a lot of time researching properties ourselves, driving neighborhoods, and building a list of homes we wanted to see. Once we connected with Clay Enger, everything became much easier. Clay took our list, organized a full day of showings, and guided us through the process with professionalism and genuine care. At the end of the tour, he said, “I have one more house I’d like you to see. I think it could be a great fit for you.” Interestingly, it wasn’t even on our list. My fiancée, who grew up in the area, immediately recognized the neighborhood, and we both fell in love with the home the moment we saw it. We were already working with a local lender that Clay had recommended, and with Clay’s expertise, we were able to negotiate a price below asking and close in less than three weeks. Throughout the entire process, Clay and his team were informative, responsive, and truly appreciative of the opportunity to help us. I’ve purchased several homes over the last decade, and I can honestly say this was the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. Clay combines market knowledge, attention to detail, and outstanding Texas hospitality in a way that makes you feel like more than just a client. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you, Clay, for helping us find the perfect home and making the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. 10 stars all the way!
