Bre has been a pleasure to connect with. She’s professional, responsive, and has a great reputation in the Bastrop real estate community. Wishing her continued success—I highly recommend her!

Thank you so much for making our first home buying experience so easy and comfortable. You were patient, helpful, and always there to answer our questions every step of the way. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family and would highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy a home! The Swindall Family ❤️

She's great with communication! We sold and bought a home in Bastrop with Bre. I recommend her to all of my friends. She negotiated and fought for us every step of the way.

Deb is a true professional. She found us solutions to every challenge we had while looking for a home. She was with us every step of the way, working quickly while looking out for our interests and always listening to what we needed. Her communication style is direct and clear. We appreciate that - as any kind of misunderstanding in buying a home can have extra consequences that can be costly! We have looked for homes in different states and countries, where the rules and regulations vary. Deb made everything crystal clear, responded quickly, negotiated everything we asked for, even suggested solutions we did not think of! In our decades of experiences, Deb's honesty, clarity, knowledge, generosity and due diligence were/are top! She went above and beyond!

We worked with Deb to sell our unique 10-acre homestead. She was super thorough and it was clear her time in the industry really resulted in some deep wisdom. She helped us navigate the process smoothly and really showed up strong during negotiations. She's a straight shooting Texan I recommend if you are looking to sell or buy a home.

My experience with Deb has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. Prior to her, we had little to no interest in the home for 2 years. From start to finish it was less than 6 months when she came on. She went out her way to assist with other contractors as I was out of town for work. She always kept me very well informed on all aspects. Was always very proactive when situations arose. Not to mention meeting her sweet fur baby was just the icing on the cake! I can’t wait to work with her again! Thank you Deb!!!

Market knowledge was very helpful, so we were grateful for all the help. Communication and professionalism was excellent each time we had a question. Ruth Ann worked with the other agent to try to get the selling price we wanted, but unfortunately we did not get what we wanted. Have to say that Ruth Ann certainly did try hard for us!

Ruth Ann was affable while remaining very professional. She explained the current market conditions to us and helped us understand the value of our house. She also hired a top grade professional photographer. We realize his value as we began looking at listing photos searching for our next house. She was also very conscientious in keeping our house safe and secure while showing the house. She provided a first class service from beginning to end.
