Sue was a great guiding force during our first home buying experience. She has lived and worked in the area for many years. As we were in the process of hunting she gave us great strategies for submitting our offers in the hot Austin market. Sue explained the process each time we had questions and was communicative about next steps. Once we became under contract for our home we really saw how her relationships with the seller (like Zillow) came into play. We went with a lender we knew and not one she recommended. Once we had issues arise with the lender, she remained professional and focused on closing us on our first home. Papers were finally signed, she came to the signing and even helped us re-key our locks on move-in day.
