Communications did not seem as smooth as p[ossible. Perhaps my fault but I would consider a secure documents website a nice addition. Also I would consider noting how each client wishes to communicate, either text or e-mail or phone calls and then have all agents conform to that. We believe that most of the delays and surprises were related to buyer requests.

Worked a lot with Sam and Justin looking at several Houses. They helped us narrow our focus in what we are looking for and get ideas of what was most important. With this after some brief searching we found the home of our dreams.

Edith staged our house and we had a lot of interest, and she negotiated the offer so we received close to asking price for the sale. We thought we would have to rent and take a year or so to find a new home to purchase. Edith was helping to find rentals, but it was difficult to find a home to rent. Edith was keeping an eye on a new build at a location near our former home, and it was great and actually cheaper than renting. She negotiated a lot of extras for us, and even with anohter full price offer she was able to talk the builder into a price a little below asking. Everything has been great at the new home, and Edith was
