The house needed a paint touch up and some flooring clean up completed to make it look it's best. Leah had the home staged to show each area used to it's best potential. The planning and work that went into getting ready for market brought out a number of buyers on day one. Leah handled the deal quickly and efficiently, negotiating a lease back that allowed us to finish the school year and move on our timeline. It was an excellent transaction.

After interviewing three highly regarded agents, we ultimately chose Leah Petri and the Petri Group to represent the sale of our beloved 70-acre Lake Travis ranch with over 1,400 feet of water frontage — and we could not be happier with that decision. This is an incredibly unique and complex property with so many features and possibilities for a buyer it required much more than a standard listing approach. Leah immediately stood out for her deep market knowledge, strategic pricing guidance, and her ability to clearly communicate the technical and lifestyle value of the property to qualified buyers. She understood not only what made the ranch exceptional, but also how to position it in a way that resonated with the right audience. Leah sold the property for a premium price in record time, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. Her communication was excellent throughout, her professionalism was unmatched, and she consistently made us feel informed and at ease during every stage of the transaction. But first and foremost, Leah always had, and protected, our interests throughout the entire selling process. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work, expertise, and dedication. We consider ourselves clients for life and would enthusiastically refer Leah Petri and the Petri Group to anyone looking for best-in-class representation.

Leah Petri and Jenn Larson were exceptional from start to finish. Our home in Westlake was expertly positioned, and thanks to their strategy and execution, we received multiple offers in just 6 days on the market and ultimately closed 13.29% over our asking price. What truly set Leah apart was her hands-on, full-service approach. She coordinated everything—from landscapers and painters to thoughtful design updates and lighting fixture swaps—all of which made a meaningful impact on our final sales price. Every recommendation was intentional and value-driven, we’re so glad we followed their advice! Her team operates at an incredibly high level, making the entire process feel seamless and well-managed. Communication was consistent, proactive, and clear throughout—we always felt like a priority. If you’re looking for a team that delivers a true concierge experience paired with outstanding results, Leah Petri is the one to call. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and plan to call her again for a future sale!
