I won’t work with anyone else in Austin and I’ve referred all of my friends in the market for a new home to him. Obviously, he’s delivered for them as well.

Jesse is highly detail oriented, very responsive, and a strong strategist when it comes to marketing a unit for sale. Plus he's really kind and has a heart to serve. We worked with him to list an unusual condo for sale. While the market is hot (that's an understatement), this condo wasn't for everyone. He worked every contact, had a very organized spreadsheet showing all of the traffic and notes on people's feedback, and managed to garner multiple offers. He was extremely prepared and understood how to manage the flow of information especially with an extremely difficult HOA management company. He managed the expectations of the tenants currently in the condo and made sure they were comfortable with the showings. It was an incredibly smooth process.

Jesse really went above and beyond for us. As an out of state investor he provided the knowledge we needed to feel comfortable with our investment.
