In the crazy Austin market, that contributed to a long process of trying to find, review, and make an offer on a home before it was sold. Rhonna persevered, and was extremely perceptive in understanding my daughter's concerns as well as her needs and preferences. It was quite a journey, but with a happy ending. Caring, Personable & Helpful. She is extremely busy most of the time so be ready for quick high speed meetings/conversations & texts. She does what she can to help. My situation was full of extenuating issues that made what originally was we can take our time and sell at the best price to selling as soon as possible after my spouse passed away unexpectedly after the property had been listed. With that said she, navigated what needed to be done to help get the process moving even though I didn't really know or understand what was going on with a very difficult buyers agent.
