Marc was great because he went to look at homes ofr us while we were in another state. He walked around the houses and showed me the inside and outside on video live. It was like being there. Marc gave us great advice of the areas homes were located in and his advise on whether or not a house would meet our needs or not.

After I sold my house through Jess, I was in the market for another investment property, but given the crazy market, I was hesitant to get into a bidding war. Jess was able to identify a property with excellent ROI, and able to close the deal very quickly, which avoided having other potential buyers bid up the price. She was in fact able to get me the property under asking!
