I have been involved in the Real Estate Information Services industry since 1987, holding Texas state licenses as a Real Estate Inspector, and a Real Estate Agent. I began my career as an apprentice Real Estate Appraiser and specialized in Flood Hazard Determinations. In 1991 I joined Flood Data Services, Inc. as a Researcher and then as the Director of Compliance, where I established the Client Services and Dispute Resolution Divisions. In 1998 I also served as the Vice President and Operations Director for First American Nationwide Documents.
In 1998 I joined Fidelity National Flood as the Vice President of Compliance developing and overseeing the Client Services, Dispute Resolution and Life of Loan divisions. I achieved my national accreditation as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) from the Texas Floodplain Managers Association (TFMA). As an active TFMA member, I served as the Corporate Industries Chairman and was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Floodplain Determination Association.
At the June 1999 FEMA National Flood Insurance Program annual conference, I received the Roy T. Short Memorial Award from the National Lenders Insurance Council for “Innovative and inspiring leadership in assisting lenders and servicers in reducing flood losses”. The first time such an award was given to anyone in the Flood Hazard Determination Industry.
In 2000 I accepted the position as the Franchise Sales Director for Cendant Corporations to expand the Century 21 Real Estate Services Division in Central and South Texas. In 2002 I joined First Lenders Data, Inc. as their Senior Vice President of Operations. I was again recruited in 2004 to continue my career path in the Real Estate Information Services Industry in the capacity of a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator as a Texas Licensed Loan Officer for Iwayloan, L.P. and also I.H.S Mortgage in 2009.
In 2010 I joined J.B. Goodwin, REALTORS as a Licensed Texas Realtor®. At J.B. Goodwin I continue to seek and find the most reliable and innovative methods to serve the Real Estate Industry. Either Selling/Purchasing/Leasing a home or leasing apartments, commercial properties. I have the experience not only to guide my clients through the entire process, but to provide them with a very personal and professional relationship.
