Simone is an incredibly valuable and necessary asset to my investment and remodel company. We've grown over this past year in large part due to her keen eye for distressed properties that she is able to pinpoint with built-in equity and strong market potential. She is well researched in Austin real estate with serious emphasis on finding great investment properties. Running Deer was one of these in which she found the listing and helped purchase, gave recommendations on how to pull the greatest potential on rehab, and then handled a very successful sale. She is professional, gets homes sold quickly, and works with you on every detail. My company wouldn't be the success we've been without her and I recommended anyone in the investment business or home buying/selling in any capacity to work with Simone.

I chose Cyndi Cummings because everyone I spoke to , just raved about her!! Not only being an expert in her job as a realtor, but kind and extremely helpful at ALL TIMES!! Her job was hard enough, since not only did I want my new house in another town, but the fact that she did all this with me in the middle of one of the worst pandemics in the world! I knew what I wanted would be a very hard road to go ,especially the fact that I know NOTHING about Real Estate or COMPUTERS !!! If your like me and the task seems impossible, you NEED Cyndi Cummings!! She knows what's worth doing to a house you want to sell and what's not worth doing. Not only did she help me sell my house, FOR MORE THAN I HOPED FOR!!!!!!!, but she also understood the fact that I had 8 cats and wanted the house to show no signs of cats ever living there. She knew of a company that would buy me a house that I wanted, let me rent it until I sold mine, and then sell me the new house at the closing of my old house!! I could take all of my cats and all their "cat shelves", toys, attached cattery and move to my new house, waiting for mine to sell ! Another miracle is that it didn't take her long!! I certainly couldn't help her, due to my lack of knowledge about any of this! I'm still amazed how she did it all, had to deal with SEVERAL factors in selling and buying my new house!!! No one else could have done what she did-not only helping me on the computer DAILY, but juggling everything else that needs to be done with so many other companies involved. She would help remind me of what all needed to be done by certain days. I can promise you, that if you are have any doubts about how you sell and/or buy a house , you need Cyndi Cummings. NO one else could have done all she did-I know this!!! I feel blessed that I met her and will be forever grateful to her !!!! WHY WOULD YOU WANT ANYONE ELSE???
