I don't know why anyone would chose any other realtor. Her market knowledge is excellent. Her communication skills are just what you want - as well as her professionalism. She's fun to work with and who you want by your side if things get tough. Her secret weapon, so to speak, is her husband. There is nothing the two of them can't do!
