There’s no one else I’d use, to be honest. Nicole flipped a bunch of homes in our neighborhood a while back, and we met her browsing the houses on a walk. We knew we wanted to invest in real estate, so her personal skill at flipping gave us an edge when we bought our second, third, and fourth houses.
