We can’t thank Erin Jones enough for the incredible support and expertise she provided during our home-buying and selling journey. Our situation was far from simple—we were navigating some personal challenges while trying to buy a home closer to family in a safer neighborhood. Despite this, Erin made the entire process as seamless as possible. She helped us price our home accurately and provided invaluable advice on contractors and how to frame our offer letter to align with our financial needs. Thanks to her guidance and strategic planning, we were able to carry one mortgage while our old house was on the market—and, incredibly, she sold it so quickly that we never had to pay two mortgages! Erin’s professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for her clients made a world of difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better advocate during such a critical time in our lives. If you’re looking for someone who will truly go above and beyond, we wholeheartedly recommend Erin Jones for all your real estate needs.

As a first time home owner having Rachael to guide my family through the entire process has been a bless. She has answered all the questions -and believed me there were a lot!-, ease those first time buyers fears and make her self available to be there for us all the time. We had great communication thought the entire home buying process that made the experience very pleasant. Once we received the home, Rachael continued to be in contact to check-in how we were doing and adapting to the new home and making sure we applied for the right home exemptions, etc. All that follow-up after closing is a plus that we really appreciate. We totally recommend working with Rachael if this is your first home or second or any number. She will be there for you!. Thank you Rachael for all the time, help and guidance, we really appreciate you!!!.
