This is our second time working with Morgan Simpson , and is always a blast working with him. Morgan is awesome as an agent and as a friend , i knew from the start if someone was going to sell my house it was him. He’s always on top of everything and have the best communication skills with his clients and marketing strategies , as well as his team , professional and dedicated since day 1 .i will always go with him for our future home buys and sells !!

I was referred to Morgan through a friend, im often skeptical of this but after to speaking to Morgan on our first phone call, I knew he was gonna be my realtor..... I could not have made a better decision. Morgan worked with me and kept me in the loop so much I felt like it was almost surreal, he made time to talk with me,Listen to me and understand my needs and wants and where to place them on a scale of importance, he worked with my crazy schedule for showings until we found the home i purchased. I used my own lender which turned into an absolute nightmare, Morgan went so above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of it was almost surreal. With my lender losing his proverbial mind and messing everything up, Morgan made sure to contact the right people to make sure I was able to still close in time. The only thing I wish was different, was that I had more money to buy more homes with him.

Worked with him from a different state, he saved us a lot of time, flights and headaches. He understood what we wanted and needed before we knew it. His job was to push back on choices that would not be optimal for me. That includes the quality of the soil, of the water, that info was critical for us to make decisions. He was essential in getting the right people for the inspections and repairs, worked with them to make sure I would get what I wanted. Once we chose the property he played an important role making sure nobody would get emotional during the negotiations, he was always there with reality checks. He is a man that earned my trust since the beginning, also got my respect because his communication style including the listening capabilities. For out of state customers he is not the person that disappears just after closing, I am already recommending him to my friends that consider moving to the Austin,TX area.
