That gave us huge peace of mind as we went into the selling process. She was also helping us figure out what to do with the freezer, washer, and dryer we left behind. She didn’t have to, but she stepped in anyway and handled it, which meant a lot to us. She’s always responsive, thoughtful, and gives solid advice. Shana made the experience of buying a home so easy. I was nervous going into it because there so much to consider when purchasing a home, but she broke all the information down for me and did all the coordination with inspectors, appraisers, title, and sellers. She listened to all of my concerns and things I wanted in a home and location. She refined the lists for the homes that best fit me so it wasn't so overwhelming.
