We've now purchased two homes in Austin with Gilbert as our Realtor and both times were excellent experiences. As first time homebuyers, he walked us through every detail and helped us find a home that met all of our requirements. Our second home was a far more competitive process that included househunting during the COVID pandemic. We always felt safe with Gilbert and when it came time to make an offer, Gilbert made sure ours was the most competitive. Austin is a difficult market to buy in right now, but his advice made the process as painless as possible. He also helped us sell our previous home, even helping us find a place to rent between the two. Our house sold in three days at above list price. I highly recommend Gilbert, whether you are buying or selling.
